So after answering this numerous times on campus – I’m putting it here so you can all have a reference point if you forget a step.

A solution:

1) WINDOWS KEY + r (Hotkey to open the run dialog, you can also use the start menu > run )
2) enter “services.msc” and hit return
3) select the themes service and right click > stop

Simply amazing! The conference was a blast and I was once again proud to sponsored by the fine folks over at Geometry Systems Inc. I went down for the week with Dan Roose and Travis Filmore and had a blast.
